I am the author of the book Complex Analysis, Copyright 1999, and made freely avaialble on the Internet. You can see it here. Without my knowledge, parts of my book were included verbatim in the book Complex Analysis with Vector Calculus, by T.M.J. A. Cooray, published by Alpha Science International, Ltd., in 2006. Following are just a few examples of material that was copied from my book. (There are more.) On the left appear the expositions from my book and on the right is the material from the Cooray book. I believe these speak for themselves.

Significant parts of the Cooray book are also taken from lecture notes of Peter Olver of the University of Minnesota. You can read about it here.
