Don put away his horn after his freshaman year in college, but picked it up again in 2001 after forty-nine years. He says he enjoys the fine people with whom he plays as much as he does actually playing.Don lives in Ellijay, GA, and is married with six children, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
