I. The excitement began with Dick's motoring us to
the Atlanta
airport. Needless to say, we arrived safely and in plenty of
time for our impending flight.
At the left are Marilyn and Patty enjoying the excitement of waiting for our flight. I am at the right.
You can see from my relaxed and confident demeanor that I am a
seasoned traveler.
Observe that Dick is, on the other hand, extremely nervous and apprehensive regarding the upcoming flight.
II. Delta was ready when we were, and we enjoyed a safe and
terrorist-free flight to BWI at Baltimore.
Marilyn---not only a loving and caring wife, but a fine travel agent--- had arranged for our fine accommodations in Baltimore at
the Inn at the Colonnade, on W. University Parkway:

III.
This evening we were off to the Inner Harbor and
Harbor Place for dinner at Phillips, followed by
singing and drinking in their fine piano bar.
IV. Following all the excitement of the first day, we
returned "home"
for bridge:
Dick and I are, of course, winning yet again. Ho-hum....
